OPTION 1 (USD 200)  There will be ONE BED assigned to you only. The rate includes:

• Single BED for one pax in the 20-PAX ROOM FOR SAME GENDER.
  - Conference Fees for one pax
  - Hotel Meals for one pax (Except the lunch and Dinner on June 4)
  - Airport Transfers on Arrival (Only on June 1) and Departure (Only on June 5) for one pax

OPTION 2 (USD3600) There will be TWENTY BEDS assigned to you only. The rate includes:

• TWENTY BEDS for TWENTY pax in the  ROOM AS A FAMILY UNIT.
  - Conference Fees for TWENTY pax
  - Hotel Meals for TWENTY pax (Except the lunch and Dinner on June 4)
  - Airport Transfers on Arrival (Only on June 1) and Departure (Only on June 5) for TWENTY pax

The IKCD2025 Committee is holding the right to assign the available rooms in the two main venue hotels or the hotels nearby with the compliment transportation services.

NOTE: The payment is non-refundable. If you really cannot turn up, you may recommend someone to replace you, he or she has to be accepted by the committee after assessment on their submitted application,  then they may be allowed to replace your position.
