OPTION 1 (USD 280); There is only ONE BED assigned to you in the room. The price includes:

SINGLE BED for one pax in a 5-PAX ROOM FOR SAME GENDER.
- Conference fees for one pax - Hotel meals for one pax (except lunch and dinner on 4 June) - Airport transfers on arrival (1 June only) and departure (5 June only) for one pax OPTION 2 (USD 1260) FIVE BEDS will be assigned to you only. The price includes:

FIVE BEDS for FIVE pax in the shared room:
- Conference fees for FIVE pax - Hotel meals for FIVE pax (excluding lunch and dinner on 4 June) - Airport transfers on arrival (1 June only) and departure (5 June only) for FIVE pax.

The IKCD2025 Committee reserves the right to allocate available rooms in the two main venue hotels or nearby hotels with complimentary transport.

NOTE: Payment is non-refundable. If you are genuinely unable to attend, you may nominate someone to replace you, who must be accepted by the Committee after consideration of their submitted application, ;then they may be allowed to replace your position.
