Jessica Ariela Tedjakusnadi, a Psychology lecturer in Universitas Pelita Harapan, Indonesia. Her special fields in religiosity, trauma counselling and integration of Psychology and Christianity. Master facilitator from Trauma Healing Institute.（英文老师）

Juliana Toh was the Clinical Director of counseling  and Care Center until her retirement in 2018.. She is experienced in Clinical practice and supervision.（英文老师）

Esther Law 郑淑瑞，she was the former lecturere of Singapore Bible College, School of Counselling （中英文老师）

Miller Zhuang 庄健 , an innovative counselling trainers on family relationship and community harmony. （中英文老师）

Track 1：Cultivating Well-Being: Building Resilience, Health, and Safety through Self Awareness

Trainer： Mason Tan

Many mission workers full-heartedly serve in the mission fields and ministry, heavily focusing on people/groups whom they are called to serve. However, only a few have the opportunity to be asked, "How are you?" Or be fully aware of their mental health, and overall well-being as a person.

Track 2：The Stories We Inherit: Unraveling Generational Wounds and Resilience through Genogram

Trainers：Juliana Toh; Jessica Ariela

Have you ever wondered why some of your reactions seem strange yet familiar? Or have you noticed some of your behaviors have similar patterns as of your parents' or family? Perhaps, there are some unique messages and rules in your family? In this session, we will learn about generational trauma - how wounds are inherited in the family, and with it, how healing and resilience take place in family. During the second half, the participants will make genogram of their own family

课题 1：培育全人健康：通过自我觉察建立韧性、健康与安全

许多宣教工作者全心全意地在宣教工场和事工中服事，专注于他们所被呼召去服事的群体。然而，只有少数人有机会被问一句：“你好吗？”或真正意识到自己作为一个人的心理健康和整体福祉。

本次课程将以互动的方式进行，向参与者介绍心理健康和全人福祉。参与者将通过体验式活动学习，专注于自我觉察与自我照顾，这将有助于他们在宣教工场上照顾自己的心理健康。参与者还将学习心理急救、如何在社群中找到支持，并建立韧性，从而成为能够长期有效服事的宣教工作者。

课题 2：建立持久的亲子联结：以基督为中心的家庭关系
培训老师： 庄健、

法蘭西教宗曾说:「家庭是建立社会的基石」
家庭生活对一个人性格的形塑有莫大影响力. 然而许多父母卻在如何与子女建立健康且持久的亲子关系上束手無策.   本课程强调：父母亲最有力的资源来自在基督里的身份認定和安全感. 鄭老师将帮助学员透过灵修操练来奠定亲职的根基.  Miller 老师将透过小组中的互动帮助学员辨識自身的情绪包袱，学习作情绪健康的父母.  鄭老师也将提供父母如何在压力的情境下仍能向兒女表達爱，与子女的心連结的实际步骤.
