IKCD2025 CONFERENCE APPLICATION FORM (NON-REFUNABLE USD1 FOR SHOPIFY PROCESSING FEE)


  1. APPLICATION: PLEASE COMPLETE THE APPLICATION AND PAYMENT OF 1 USD FOR SHOPIFY PROCESSING FEE, AND UPON ACCEPTANCE, WE WILL BEGIN PROCESSING YOUR REGISTRATION. WE WILL THEN PROVIDE THE REGISTRATION FORM AND ANY OPTIONAL ITEMS TO THE APPLICANTS. 

    2.  THE REGISTRATION FORM WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU UPON THE APPLICATION IS APPROVED. THE APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT THE FILLED REGISTRATION FORM WITH THEIR SELECTED ROOM TYPE AND MAKING PAYMENT., 

           3. AFTER THE PAYMENT DONE ON THE ROOM ARRANGEMENT: WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE SELECTION FORMS TO SELECT 8 WORKSHOPS, AND 2 FORUM. AS WELL AS MANY OPTIONS ON THE JUNE 4 ACTIVITIES. ANOTHER MAJOR OPTION IS THE SUB-CONFERENCE ON THE PRACTICAL COUNSELLING TRAINING.

           4. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT: THE IKCD SHOPIFY TEAM WILL ISSUE AN INVOICE WITH PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS. UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, YOUR 
ORDER WILL BE CONFIRMED AND NON-REFUNDABLE..

June 4 (WED) Activities and THE OPTIONAL SELECTION for the BOTH Tracks 星期四各种活动与自由选择项目包括青年组(中英文)联合服伺活动

NOTE: When we send you the WORKSHOP SELECTIONS Form in April, kindly CHOOSE the options on JUNE  4 too

We will have various programs for the participants to get relaxation or ministry involvement. Like resting, shopping, free and easy, Medical Exchange Fellowship Meeting, Sub-Conference -The Practical Counseling Training (Only for missionaries or Mission Care leaders), two tour excursions, two slots of the premium coffee making lesson, and two slots of the chocolate making lesson, two slots of Medical Missions etc. Fees will be involved the most of the programs which involves the costs of renting hotel facilities and transportation, and lunch fee. The main event will be the ANTIPOLO INTERNATIONAL CARNIVAL in the evening at Loreland Farm Resort.

TRANSPORTATION: Shuttle Bus Transfers for the various activities between places like the Robinson Shopping Mall, the two venue hotels and other hotels, the Antipolo medical stations, and the ANTIPOLO Bus station will be provided.

For both Youth Tracks and other participants, they will involve two serving opportunities in the ANTIPOLO City: 
1. Antipolo Medical Missions:
Join with the Medical Mission team/Community Musical Team at ANTIPOLO BARANGAY  9:30 AM - 4:00 PM 
FEE: USD 40 (Transport and lunch)

2. Antipolo International Friendship Carnival 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The Majority will gather at Loreland Farm Resort to prepare the various game stations in the morning.
- The Medical/Dental team will serve from 1pm-5pm. (Hotel Staffs and Carnival Guests)
- The carnival will start from 4pm-8pm.
- The Antipolo Carnival Show on the Pool Stage: Songs, Musical, Dances, Puppets
- The Long Table Tribal Dinner will be served at the long table next to the poolside.
- Bus transfers will be provided to Hotels/Antipolo Bus Terminal.
