There will be one room assign to you and FAMILY for total privacy. The rate includes:
- Triple Room for three pax
- Conference Fees for three pax
- Hotel Meals (Except the lunch and Dinner on June 4)
- Airport Transfers on Arrival (Only on June 1: 9AM-7PM) and Departure (Only on June 5 11AM-4PM) for three pax
- Note: If you are IKCD2025 invited speaker, you will enjoy the 10% discount form the above rate.
The IKCD2025 Committee is holding the right to assign the available rooms in the two main venue hotels or the hotels nearby with the compliment transportation services.
NOTE: The payment is non-refundable. If you really cannot turn up, you may recommend someone to replace you, he or she has to be accepted by the committee after the assessment on their submitted applications, then they may be allowed to replacement.
